Big night for Team DeMarini at the ASA Stadium Power Tour Finals
Sept 26, Oklahoma City – Chris Larsen and Bubba Brungardt combined for 23 points to win the Manufactures Cup on the ASA Stadium Power Tour.
Chris “The Crusher” Larsen was named world’s greatest home run hitter for the second time.
The site, Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City, just before the final game of the ASA Super.
Miken’s Denny Crine led off, with 10 big hits with some massive blasts, many 400 feet and beyond.
Bubba Brungardt found his groove, and at one point, hit 7 homers in a row, ended up with 11.
Easton’s Brian Wegman slugged out 8 and the leader all season long, Scott Kirby clubbed out 9 Evil Softballs into the Oklahoma night.
Larsen went deep into the Oklahoma hard and fast, hitting the last 5 in a row, and many blasts into the parking garage outside the park, over 450 feet.
